Gemini Theater is holding auditions for its production of A Fairly, Wizardly Adventure, an original production written by Jill Jeffrey.. Actors should prepare 1 minute of an up-tempo song (A Capella or actors may use recorded instrumental track – audio equipment provided) and will be provided cold-reading sides. Contracts for adult (18+) actors if cast. Adult actors must have PA Clearances to perform in shows. Student actors (Age 10+) are invited to audition for this production.
Saturday, December 9th from 10:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday, December 10th from 6:00pm – 8:30pm
AGES 7 – 12 WORKSHOP GROUP (9:00 am – 4:30 pm): Does your son or daughter like to pretend? This camp will unlock your child’s creativity and take him/her on a week-long adventure into the imagination! Young actors choose their own characters and put them all together into an original story, which they write, rehearse and perform as a mini play on the last day of the workshop. While having fun and making new friends, your child will improve his/her ability to listen, follow directions, compose a story, understand conflict & resolution, develop a character, accomplish an objective, collaborate with peers, perform in front of an audience, and use the imagination. With older campers being part of the group, we are excited to have them become mentors to our younger actors, creating a unique show for all to enjoy!

Fidget and Gidget the elves, whose factory has been crafting toys with love for children all over the world and for as long as children have played, are excited to invite you on an exclusive visit to their workshop, for a special glimpse at the brand new, super duper, ultra sonic, electronic toy machine! It promises to crank out new toys faster than ever, just in time for a busy holiday season. When things don’t go exactly as planned, and the machine breaks down in the middle of creating a new doll, everyone at the shop must work together to help her see her place in the world, and to learn some things about themselves along the way. With this sweet show, we hope to teach children, (and remind adults), that everyone has purpose and importance in the world. We never know what others are going through until we choose to explore it, and our differences make us special, not strange.

Enrollments for Spring and Fall sessions are for ages 4 through 14. Classes cover a variety of disciplines such as creative play, puppetry, story writing, theater games, scene work, improvisation, monologue studies . . .
