At this time, we are experiencing illness in our cast as well as crew that is making our ability to rehearse nearly impossible. We want to have the best show possible for you in addition to a safe environment for you and your family when you come to our theater. Given the increased cases of Covid, as well as flu-related illness, in our community and schools, we feel it would be best to move our production of “Jungle Book” to a later date in the Spring, since so many of our young audience members are under the age of 6 and unable to be vaccinated or may not be able to vaccinate. As much as we practice safe protocols in our theater, this past two weeks is taking it’s toll on our family of artists, and we are trying to keep those folks home, so we do not have any spreading of illness beyond our control.

We are moving the production of Jungle Book to March 19 – 27 on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 and 3:30. Until we can update our ticketing system, we will issue refunds to all ticketholders to make it easier for rebooking, as well as keep our records as accurate as possible as we make these changes.

We apologize for this sudden change, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate through this. Since we provide programming for some of the youngest children in the area, we know we need to make decisions that are different than other theater companies. And we make these decisions, so we can ensure our young friends have a safe environment to visit.
We will also be making updates to the remainder of the season, so be on the lookout for new dates for all remaining productions! Thank you everyone, and as always: Stay safe. Stay healthy. Stay magical.

A small group of actors are getting together to rehearse a production of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.” However, they are in for a surprise when the director announces they must perform for an audience in less than an hour. With their real-life “Actor’s Nightmare” to face, the actors use the audience to help them get through the complicated script.

This show was written and designed for students ages 11 and older as well as for adults who have a love… or even an interest in William Shakespeare. This is a high-energy “quiz” show that relies on the audience to assist the actors on stage when they are not “getting” Shakespeare’s language.

This is a special one-weekend only fundraiser performance.

Young Mowgli has been raised among the wolves in a remote jungle. As he has grown older, it is clear there are some others in the jungle who wish to be in charge of his fate. With the protection of the wolves and friends like Baloo and Bagheera, it seems harmony can remain in the jungle. But, Shere Khan and some if his enemies have other plans for the young human and his pack. Audiences will become part of the jungle and learn how even the animal kingdom has to work hard to keep peace and a sense of community among it’s inhabitants.

Our friends at Black Forge Coffee are helping us celebrate our 25th Birthday through the creation of this limited-run roast. They have a fabulous coffee shop just up the street from us. We are so happy to have amazing neighbors in our community. With their support, we have created a unique (and delicious) way for you to support Gemini Theater during this special anniversary year.

Your $25 donation gets you a bag of locally-roasted beans and a special Gemini Theater coffee mug to enjoy your favorite beverage any time of day. Want more coffee or more mugs? We can do that, too! We have made special arrangements for our local friends to pick up their items at Black Forge Coffee – they can grind the beans for you, too! Plus, you can try one of their unique coffee drinks – the same ones our Gemini Staff enjoys daily.  Thanks for your support – You are amazing!

*Orders must be placed by DECEMBER 1. Please note that the roast will be created during the holiday, and we will contact you in the first week of December when your order is ready!
